CHALLENGE

The owner can't see their own money

Bookkeeping computes taxes, not profit. Balances sit in three accounts at different banks, part of the costs are paid in cash and part on the owner's personal card. To find out whether the month was profitable, the owner opens Excel and reconciles statements by hand — several days a month, with mistakes, and always too late.

The simple questions go unanswered:

Off-the-shelf accounting software doesn't answer any of this: it is built for tax reporting, not for the owner's management decisions.

SOLUTION

Three steps from statements to numbers

01

The data arrives on its own

The service connects to the banks and pulls the statements itself. Nothing has to be exported and uploaded by hand — transactions show up hourly.

02

Transactions categorise themselves

The service learns from the owner's actions: show it once that a payment is “warehouse rent”, and every similar transaction is tagged automatically. Review takes minutes a week instead of days a month.

03

The owner sees numbers, not spreadsheets

The home screen answers “how are things going” in a few seconds: cash on hand and its trend, revenue by product line, the cost structure, and where the money went over the period.

FEATURES

What the service does

01

The owner's home screen

Cash in the accounts and its trend, revenue by product line, the largest cost items, and a highlight on whichever item grew unexpectedly. One screen instead of a ten-page report.

02

Reports for decisions

Cash flow, P&L, return on investment, revenue by product line, week-over-week comparisons, plan versus actual — 14 ready-made reports. Every one exports to Excel.

03

Money tracking

Every transaction in one ledger: splitting a payment across several items, transfers between your own accounts, multi-currency at the central bank's official rate, tags and counterparties.

04

Bank connections

Alfa-Bank (Belarus) through the bank's own interface, plus Modulbank, T-Bank and Tochka. If a bank isn't on the list, statements can be uploaded as a file. The service never stores online-banking passwords.

05

Working together

Several companies in one account, plus access for an accountant or a partner with restricted rights: some people see everything, others only their own product line.

06

Mobile app

The key numbers on your phone, Face ID sign-in, switching between companies. For the owner who checks on the business away from their desk.

07

Built-in help

82 articles with step-by-step instructions and screenshots. A “?” button on every screen opens the article about that exact section, without leaving the work behind.

BEFORE → AFTER

What changes for the owner

BEFORE

Several days a month reconciling statements in Excel

AFTER

Minutes a week reviewing the automatic categorisation

BEFORE

A financial picture that is a month out of date

AFTER

Current data every day: transactions sync hourly

BEFORE

“I think we made money”

AFTER

Profit per product line, in numbers

BEFORE

A cash shortfall is discovered after the fact

AFTER

The balance and its trend are visible in advance

BEFORE

Reports have to be requested from the accountant

AFTER

The owner opens the report themselves, phone included

AI ASSISTANT

Talking to your finances in plain language

The owner connects Claude or ChatGPT to the service and asks the way they think: “sort out July's transactions”, “why did costs go up”, “show me the cash flow for the quarter”. It is a rare feature on this market — most accounting services don't offer anything like it.

Why it is designed this way

Financial data is the most sensitive thing a company has, and a language model by its nature offers no guarantees. So the security boundary is drawn outside the model rather than inside it: access is restricted on the service's side by the same rules that apply to a human, and every write goes through the owner's confirmation.

PROJECT SCOPE

A full product, not a prototype

A web account, a mobile app, integrations with four banks, 14 ready-made reports, a role-based access model, subscriptions and pricing plans, a help base and a live production environment. Some of the larger milestones:

Where the data lives

Data is stored on a dedicated server and accessed over an encrypted connection. Every bank connection goes through the bank's own official interface: the service stores no online-banking passwords and never acts on the client's behalf where the bank hasn't provided for it.
