RouteBox A driver app for B2B delivery across Moscow

The delivery company served business clients across Moscow — from produce for restaurants to office supplies. Drivers worked from paper route sheets and dispatcher phone calls: they mixed up stop order, lost time on coordination, and the dispatcher couldn't see where a vehicle was or what had already been delivered.

A driver app with the day's trip: stops in the right order, an order card with cargo details and the recipient's contact, orders on a map with the route and one-tap status updates. The dispatcher got a web panel: live positions of all drivers, their routes and trips with per-order statuses.

Route planning and handover time dropped, and “where are you now?” calls practically disappeared — the status is visible in the panel. Drivers cover more stops per shift, and recipients see an ETA. Every delivery is confirmed with a photo and signature.
